Peter has scaled ventures that redefine markets, including his patented Pacifier/Teether innovation, the nationally recognized CoughPops brand, and three published books that fuse leadership, philosophy, and human performance. He is the founder of the Wrestlers in Business Network and a 45‑year coach whose athletes have gone on to become CEOs, judges, founders, innovators, and cultural contributors shaping the modern economy.

Peter’s approach is forged in the mythology of the wrestling room — discipline, clarity, resilience, and the relentless pursuit of excellence — principles that now power Palladium’s Constellation of Champions, a platform uniting elite operators and visionaries to build extraordinary enterprises. Peter A. Walton, PMP

Chief Information Officer

Peter Walton brings more than 30 years of enterprise technology experience to Palladium, spanning healthcare, telecommunications, travel, manufacturing, and media. An engineer by training, with a degree in Systems & Control Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, he pairs strategic program leadership with disciplined execution.

His work includes directing technology transformations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and infrastructure modernization, including enterprise infrastructure transformation across more than 350 healthcare facilities. At Palladium, he focuses on aligning technology with business objectives and building the operating structure that lets engagements scale.

Peter is President of Peter Walton Consulting Corp. He is a PMP-certified leader and former PMI South Florida Chapter board member.

He is also a three-time full-distance IRONMAN finisher, having raced in Brazil, New Zealand, and Germany.

Edward R. Knezevich

Chief Insurance Officer

Eddie graduated from the Ohio State University with a degree in Political Science. Prior to joining WestPoint Financial Group, Eddie started his financial services career at Principal Financial Group in 2013, and eventually was a top financial professional with Lifetime Financial Group, where he made Leaders Club (2015-2019) and achieved the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (2015-2019), awarded to the highest performing financial professionals in the industry. Eddie is also a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).

In his free time, Eddie enjoys spending time with his wife and newborn son. They enjoy trying new restaurants, entertaining friends and family, and traveling whenever they can.

David Safenovitz

Chief Operating Officer

David Safenovitz, graduated from the University of Toledo as a D1 collegiate athlete with degrees in both Psychology and Marketing with a minor equivalency in Japanese. He has over 25 years of leadership experience in technology-based organizations encompassing startups and growth based positions. He has led multiple organizations to win the Weatherhead 100 award for business growth and created and built multiple product lines for organizations encompassing many different industries.

Doug Paul

Corporate Counsel

Doug Paul serves as Corporate Counsel for Palladium LLC, bringing more than 25 years of experience in business law, civil litigation, and complex transactional work. As a partner at Reitz, Paul & Shorr, Doug has built a reputation for protecting companies through disciplined legal strategy, precise contract drafting, and effective dispute resolution.

His expertise spans contract disputes, non‑compete matters, regulatory enforcement, partnership and LLC conflicts, and corporate governance. Doug’s transactional background includes asset and stock purchase agreements, licensing and consulting contracts, confidentiality and trade‑secret protections, and comprehensive entity documentation — all strengthened by his deep litigation insight.

Doug’s business‑first approach and cost‑effective problem solving make him a key pillar in Palladium’s corporate infrastructure and client support ecosystem.
